Elementalist Guide
Elementalist Guide
Elementalist Overview
Elementalist is a Moonelf magic class.
Elementalist is the Elf-side Mage-style class, but it should not be written as a simple copy of Human Mage. Elementalist has its own power direction: dimensional damage, elemental pressure, Mutation, healing, support tools, and strong AoE farming.
Elementalist is strong because she has:
- Fast leveling
- Strong AoE farming
- Good item farming
- Dimensional damage direction
- Elemental damage skills
- Mutation
- Healing and recovery tools
- Buffs and support value
- Strong PvE farming
- Useful PvP support
- Good party value
Elementalist is weak because:
- She can be focused in PvP
- She can die fast in full damage gear
- She needs cast/cooldown flow
- She needs good positioning
- She needs Hybrid or Support gear later
- She should not stand inside mobs too early
- She needs correct weapon and skill setup
Main Elementalist setups:
| Build | Best use | Main idea |
|---|---|---|
| Full Damage Elementalist | Leveling, farming, Rifts, Firmament, PvE | Fast AoE farming with dimensional/elemental damage |
| Support / Healing Elementalist | PvP, party fights, siege, bosses | Heal, support, protect, use Mutation and control tools |
| Hybrid Elementalist | Hard farming, HH, Firmament, Monster Hunt, PvP-risk maps | Enough damage to farm, enough survival to stay alive |
| Buff Set | Before fights and hard farming | Use stronger buffs, then switch to fight gear |
New players should level as Full Damage Elementalist.
Later, every serious Elementalist should build Support / Hybrid gear, because in PvP your job is not only damage. You need to survive, heal, support, and use Mutation correctly.
Use Full Damage for farming.
Use Support / Healing for party fights and PvP.
Use Hybrid when full damage dies too much.

First Steps as an Elementalist
Elementalist starts in Norine.
First, claim your level-up rewards from the Event NPC / reward NPC.
Equip your starter armor and starter weapon.
Open your inventory with B and activate:
- Lens Stone+
- Compound Potion
- Pet
- Life Potions
- Mana Potions
Your pet collects drops while you farm. Keep it active.
Use Ctrl + Left Double Click to lock important items.
Elementalist uses many skills, so Mana Potions matter.
Elementalist can level fast because her AoE and magic damage become strong early, but early gear is still weak. Do not pull a full room before your weapon, armor, and skills are ready.
Basic Elementalist Rules
Follow these from level 1.
| Rule | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Keep Lens Stone+ active | Faster leveling and farming |
| Keep Compound Potion active | Better damage, cast speed, cooldown, and farming flow |
| Keep pet active | Drops are collected automatically |
| Keep Mana Potions ready | Elementalist casts constantly |
| Upgrade weapon first | Magic damage feels weak with a bad weapon |
| Use AoE carefully | Big pulls are good only when you survive |
| Build dimensional damage | This is one of Elementalist’s main power directions |
| Learn Mutation value | Mutation is a key Elementalist class tool |
| Learn healing/support timing | Elementalist is not only a farmer |
| Build Hybrid / Support gear later | Needed for PvP and hard maps |
| Learn gear switching | Elementalist needs damage, support, hybrid, and buff sets |
Good Elementalist farming style:
- Buff first.
- Pull a controlled group.
- Use control or slow if mobs reach you too fast.
- Use ranged AoE first.
- Use close AoE only when mobs are grouped.
- Heal or recover if needed.
- Move before mobs surround you.
- Switch Hybrid gear if full damage dies.
Bad Elementalist farming style:
- Pulling a full cave room with weak armor.
- Standing inside mobs too early.
- Farming hard maps with no Hybrid switch.
- Ignoring Mutation.
- Ignoring healing and support tools.
- Building only damage and expecting to survive PvP.
- Forgetting pet, Lens Stone+, or Compound Potion.
Elementalist Weapon Choice
Elementalist uses magic-style weapons.
The Skill Builder includes Fine Staff and Fine Chakram, so players should match their weapon with the skill setup they actually use.
For most players, the safe guide direction is:
- Use the weapon that supports your main damage skills.
- Keep the correct weapon buff active.
- Do not use a weapon only because it looks better.
- If a skill does not work with your current weapon, test the other weapon type.
- Do not build around Chakram unless your live setup and skills support it.
Staff direction
Staff is the safer magic-class direction.
Use Staff if your setup is focused on:
- Dimensional damage
- Elemental damage
- AoE farming
- Cast speed
- Cooldown reduction
- Healing / support
- General caster gameplay
If you use Staff, keep Fine Staff active.
Chakram direction
Chakram is possible because Elementalist has Fine Chakram and Chakram Finesse, but it should not be pushed as the default beginner route unless the player knows the setup.
Use Chakram only if:
- Your build is made for it.
- Your skills work with it.
- Your yellows support it.
- You tested the rotation.
- You understand what you are giving up compared to Staff.
If a skill does not work with your current weapon, switch weapon and test again.
Elementalist Skill Sets
Elementalist should use separate saved skill sets.
Main sets:
| Skill set | Use |
|---|---|
| Full Damage Set | Leveling, farming, PvE damage |
| Support / Healing Set | PvP, party fights, bosses, siege |
| Hybrid Set | Hard farming when full damage dies |
| Buff Set | Buffing before farming or fights |
| Chakram Set | Optional, only if player tests Chakram setup |
Press F9 to open the Set Switch window.
Use Full Damage Set while farming.
Use Support / Healing Set when the party needs healing, protection, Mutation, and survival.
Use Hybrid Set when you still want to farm but mobs or players hit too hard.
Use Buff Set before fights, then switch to your fight gear.
Use Chakram Test Set only if you intentionally play Chakram.
Full Damage Elementalist
Full Damage Elementalist is the main leveling and farming build.
Use this build for:
- Early leveling
- Unmarked Tomb
- Miasma Cave
- Closed Mine
- Asylum farming
- Realm farming

- Rifts
- Firmament farming

Full Damage Elementalist farms fast, but she is fragile.
In PvP, do not stay in Full Damage gear if enemies are targeting you.

Use this farming flow:
- Buff before pulling.
- Pull a safe group.
- Control the group if it reaches you too fast.
- Use ranged AoE first.
- Use stronger AoE when mobs are grouped.
- Heal if needed.
- Move before you get surrounded.
Simple rotation idea:
| Step | Skill type |
|---|---|
| 1 | Fine Staff / Moonlight Blessing / Holy Ground / Fairy Bless |
| 2 | Defensive setup if needed |
| 3 | Control or first damage skill |
| 4 | Elemental Storm / Poison Vapor / Thunder Descent |
| 5 | Snow Hazard / Mercury / Gradion / Venom |
| 6 | Mutation or class utility when needed |
| 7 | Elemental Heal if HP drops |
| 8 | Move back or switch Hybrid if the pull is unsafe |
If mobs reach you too fast, control earlier.
If mobs still reach you, pull fewer mobs.
If you die even with smaller pulls, switch to Hybrid gear.
Support / Healing Elementalist
Support / Healing Elementalist is the main PvP and party build.
This build is not about top damage.
Elementalist becomes very valuable when she survives long enough to heal, support, use Mutation, and control dangerous targets.
Use Support / Healing Elementalist for:
- PvP
- Siege
- Party fights
- Boss fights
- Heaven’s Hell danger zones
- Firmament
- Monster Hunt when mobs hit hard
- Open-world farming with PvP risk
Support / Healing Elementalist focuses on:
- Max HP
- Skill Block
- Block

- Damage Taken Reduction
- HH Effect Duration Reduction
- Debuff Duration Reduction
- Stun Duration Reduction
- Slow Duration Reduction
- Buff Duration
- Healing value

Support Elementalist should not stand in front.
You are useful because you keep yourself and others alive while controlling the fight.

Support Elementalist PvP Job
Your PvP job:
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Enemy damage dealer is pushing | Control or slow them |
| Your party is under pressure | Heal, support, and protect |
| Enemy focus is on you | Switch Support / Tank gear and move back |
| Your frontline is pushing | Support them and use Mutation at the right time |
| Enemy group is stacked | Use AoE control / pressure |
| You are alone | Do not overstay, reset with your party |
| Your damage setup is unsafe | Stay in Hybrid / Support gear |
PvP flow:
- Start in Support / Hybrid gear.
- Stay behind frontline.
- Keep key buffs active.
- Use Mutation at the right time.
- Heal and support your party.
- Use control to stop enemy pressure.
- Switch damage gear only when safe.
- Return to Support gear when focused.
Do not waste Mutation.
Do not chase deep.
Do not stand where melee classes can reach you for free.
Hybrid Elementalist
Hybrid Elementalist is the safe farming setup.
Use Hybrid when Full Damage kills well but dies too often.
Best places for Hybrid Elementalist:
- Miasma Cave if undergeared
- Closed Mine if mobs hit hard
- Asylum Third Floor
- Realms
- Shinewood
- Heaven’s Hell
- Rifts
- Firmament
- Monster Hunt
- Open-world farming with PvP risk
Hybrid Elementalist focuses on:
- Dimensional damage
- All Elemental Attacks

- Max HP
- Skill Block
- Block
- Resistance
- Critical Hit Resistance
- Damage Taken Reduction
- Movement
- Stun / slow reduction
Hybrid is not weak.
Hybrid is the setup that lets you keep farming instead of dying every pull.
Elementalist Leveling Guide
Elementalist follows the Elf-side route first.
Route:
- Norine
- Laflesia
- Unmarked Tomb
- Vigorore South Portal
- Miasma Cave
- Deribelle
- Closed Mine
- Asylum
- Realms
- Shinewood
- Heaven’s Hell
Do not skip the early Elf route. New Elementalist players need to know exactly where to go before Asylum.
Levels 1 to 11: Norine
Start in Norine.
Farm nearby monsters outside the village.
What to do:
- Claim level-up rewards.
- Equip starter armor.
- Equip starter weapon.
- Activate pet.
- Activate Lens Stone+.
- Activate Compound Potion.
- Put potions on your skill bar.
- Kill nearby starter mobs.
- Pull small groups only.
Elementalist advice:
Use magic skills from range. Do not let every monster hit you for free. Early Elementalist can farm fast, but weak starter gear still dies if you overpull.
Goals:
- Learn basic magic farming.
- Keep pet active.
- Keep buffs active.
- Prepare to move toward Laflesia and Unmarked Tomb.
Levels 11 to 24: Laflesia → Unmarked Tomb
After Norine mobs become slow, move toward Laflesia.
From Laflesia, run to Unmarked Tomb.
How to go there:
- Travel to Laflesia.
- Open the map if needed.
- Run from Laflesia toward Unmarked Tomb.
- Find the cave entrance.
- Enter Unmarked Tomb.
- Start with small pulls.
- Farm room by room.
Inside Unmarked Tomb:
- Stand near the edge of a room.
- Pull mobs with ranged magic.
- Use control if mobs reach you too fast.
- Use AoE when mobs are grouped.
- Move before they surround you.
- Do not stand in the middle of a full room with weak gear.
Elementalist advice:
Unmarked Tomb is where you begin proper caster farming. Pull, control, AoE, move, repeat.
Levels 24 to 31: Vigorore South Portal → Miasma Cave
After Unmarked Tomb becomes slow, move to Miasma Cave.
Miasma Cave is near Vigorore South Portal.
How to go there:
- Return to town or main portal area.
- Use the portal to Vigorore South.
- After teleporting, locate Miasma Cave nearby.
- Enter Miasma Cave.
- Test the first room with a small pull.
- Farm room by room.
Inside Miasma Cave:
- Pull mobs from range.
- Use control before damage if mobs reach you.
- Use AoE only when mobs are grouped.
- Rotate rooms instead of waiting in one empty room.
- Upgrade weapon if mobs die slowly.
- Move deeper only when entrance rooms feel easy.
Goals:
- Continue leveling after Unmarked Tomb.
- Improve weapon and accessories.
- Practice controlled AoE pulls.
- Prepare for Deribelle and Closed Mine.
Levels 31 to 45: Deribelle → Closed Mine
After Miasma Cave becomes slow, move to Deribelle.
From Deribelle, go to Closed Mine.
Closed Mine is easy to navigate from Deribelle.
How to go there:
- Return to Deribelle.
- Open the map if needed.
- Follow the route toward Closed Mine.
- Find the cave entrance.
- Enter Closed Mine.
- Start with small pulls.
- Rotate rooms.
- Farm until you can use Asylum Passport at level 45.
Inside Closed Mine:
- Pull controlled groups.
- Use AoE after mobs group.
- Use control if mobs reach you too fast.
- Do not pull the full room if you are undergeared.
- Use Full Damage if you survive.
- Use Hybrid if HP drops too fast.
Elementalist advice:
Closed Mine is the final Elf cave before Asylum. If you die here, fix your weapon, stones, or pull size before moving forward.
Level 45 to 54: Asylum First Floor
At level 45, use Asylum Passport from level-up rewards.
How to continue:
- Open inventory.
- Use Asylum Passport.
- Enter Asylum First Floor.
- Rotate between main farming rooms.
- Pull controlled groups.
- Use Full Damage or Hybrid setup.
- Farm until level 54.
What to do:
- Do not wait in one room.
- Rotate rooms.
- Use control before close AoE.
- Keep Lens Stone+ and Compound Potion active.
- Upgrade weapon if mobs die slowly.
Levels 54 to 67: Asylum Second Floor
Move to Asylum Second Floor.
Farm Succubus and big rooms.
What to do:
- Enter Asylum Second Floor.
- Start with a medium pull.
- Control mobs first if needed.
- Use AoE and damage skills.
- Heal if needed.
- Move if mobs get close.
- Rotate big rooms.
- Farm until level 67.
Elementalist advice:
Asylum Second Floor is good for fast leveling. If mobs reach you too often, pull from further away or use Hybrid gear.
Levels 67 to 70: Asylum Third Floor
Move to Asylum Third Floor.
Mobs hit harder here.
What to do:
- Enter Asylum Third Floor.
- Test a small pull.
- Use control before damage.
- Use AoE after mobs group.
- Heal if needed.
- Move before mobs surround you.
- Farm carefully until level 70.
If you die too much here, do not rush into Realms.
Fix:
- Weapon
- Stones
- Armor
- Accessories
- Pull size
How to Reach Realm Maps After Level 70
After level 70, Elementalist joins the high-level route:
- Ice Realm / Frozen Infinity
- Lightning Realm / Teslon Outpost
- Poison Realm / Evergreen Paradise
- Shinewood / Ellore
- Heaven’s Hell World
For Elf classes, use Deribelle as the main return city in this guide.
Basic travel rule:
- Return to Deribelle.
- Find the Realm / Ice World portal.
- Open the portal menu.
- Select the map for your level.
- Farm and complete the quest.
- Return to the portal when you reach the next level step.
Levels 70 to 120
Recommended path:
| Level | Area | Why you go there |
|---|---|---|
| 70 to 75 | Ice Realm / Frozen Infinity | Leveling, Ohkeros Rings, event mobs when active |
| 75 to 80 | Lightning Realm / Teslon Outpost | Leveling, Shocker Necklaces, event mobs when active |
| 80 to 99 | Poison Realm / Evergreen Paradise | Leveling, Gadius Rings, Luke Necklaces, event mobs when active |
| 99+ | Shinewood / Ellore | Leveling, quests, materials, Realm progression, HH preparation |
| 100 to 106 | Heaven’s Hell / Flames of Hell | Start HH progression and HH armor path |
| 106 to 113 | Heaven’s Hell / Bloodline of Life | Stronger HH leveling, Monster Hunt event area |
| 113 to 120 | Heaven’s Hell / Blade Storm Mountain | Final leveling path toward 120 |
After level 70, you need more than XP.
You also need:
- Rings
- Necklaces
- Better weapon
- Better armor stones
- Materials
- Gear switch
- HH armor progress
- Oreads later
- Nightfall progress later
Levels 70 to 75: Ice Realm / Frozen Infinity
At level 70, return to Deribelle.
Open the portal menu and select Ice Realm / Frozen Infinity. The menu may display it as The Frozen Infinity.
What to do:
- Enter Frozen Infinity.
- Find Arctic Wretch mobs.
- Start with small pulls.
- Control mobs first if needed.
- Use AoE after mobs group.

|---|---|
| Intelligent Ohkeros | Full Damage Elementalist ring |
| Excellent Ohkeros | Skill-rank / buff setup |
| Gadius / defensive ring later | Hybrid / support survival |
| Other versions | Temporary until stronger rings |
Elementalist advice:
Ohkeros is useful because cooldown and damage value help farming. Intelligent is better for damage direction. Excellent is better when +skill rank gives more value.
Levels 75 to 80: Lightning Realm / Teslon Outpost
At level 75, leave Ice Realm.
Return to Deribelle portal area.
Open the same portal menu and select Lightning Realm / Teslon Outpost.
What to do:
- Finish your Ice Realm pull.
- Return to town.
- Go to Deribelle portal.
- Select Teslon Outpost.
- Enter Lightning Realm.
- Farm Teslon Sentry mobs.
- Complete the level 75 Realm quest.
- Farm until level 80.
Main reward:
- Shocker Necklace
Elementalist use:
Shocker Necklace is temporary, but useful while progressing.
Later, Elementalist should move toward:
- Intelligent Luke
- Intelligent Norgen
- Excellent Norgen
- Excellent Faren
Levels 80 to 99: Poison Realm / Evergreen Paradise
At level 80, leave Lightning Realm.
Return to Deribelle portal area.
Open the portal menu and select Poison Realm / Evergreen Paradise.
What to do:
- Stop farming Lightning at level 80.
- Return to Deribelle.
- Open the portal menu.
- Select Evergreen Paradise.
- Enter Poison Realm.
- Farm Spore Lynx and Plaguefish.
- Complete the level 80 Realm quests.
- Stay here until Shinewood.
Main rewards:
- Gadius Rings
- Luke Necklaces
Elementalist use:
| Reward | Elementalist use |
|---|---|
| Gadius Ring | Hybrid, support/tank, safer farming |
| Luke Necklace | Strong mid-game +rank / elemental necklace direction |
Poison Realm is where you start preparing two setups:
- Full Damage setup for farming
- Support / Hybrid setup for survival and PvP
Realm Monster Hunt / Boosted Event Mobs
When Monster Hunt or boosted event mobs are active, prioritize them if your Elementalist can survive.
Elementalist is good during event spawns because:
- AoE clears groups fast.
- Control makes pulls safer.
- Healing helps survive mistakes.
- Event windows speed up leveling.
- Hybrid gear can keep you alive in bigger pulls.
Safe method:
- Stand near the edge of the spawn.
- Pull a medium group.
- Control first.
- AoE second.
- Heal if needed.
- Move before mobs surround you.
- Switch Hybrid / Support gear if needed.
Bad method:
- Running into the middle of the spawn.
- Pulling everything at once.
- Fighting while surrounded.
- Forgetting potions.
- Staying in full damage when mobs are already killing you.
Level 99+: Shinewood / Ellore
At level 99, stop using Realm maps as your main path.
Move to Shinewood / Ellore.
How to reach Shinewood:
- Finish Realm farming.
- Return to Deribelle or main city.
- Open city/world portal.
- Select Shinewood or Ellore.
- Enter Shinewood.
- Find the Ellore quest area.
- Start Shinewood quests.
- Farm nearby mobs and collect materials.
Why Elementalist goes to Shinewood:
- Realms become slower later.
- Shinewood gives better progression after level 99.
- Shinewood quests give useful materials.
- You prepare for Heaven’s Hell.
- You work toward Realm and gear progression.
- You start needing proper Damage ↔ Hybrid / Support switching.
- You test whether your Elementalist is ready for HH.
Useful rewards include:
- Shard of Rebirth
- Tempering Gems
Before Shinewood, prepare:
- Strong weapon
- Intelligent damage rings
- Good necklace
- Armor with useful stones
- Pet active
- Lens Stone+
- Compound Potion
- Damage ↔ Hybrid / Support switch
- Buff ↔ Fight switch
- Enough potions
Elementalist advice:
Full Damage farms faster.
Hybrid is safer.
Support / Healing is better if PvP or hard mobs are a problem.
Level 100+: Heaven’s Hell World
At level 100, start Heaven’s Hell progression.
Do not enter HH like a normal farming map.
HH monsters are stronger and Elementalist needs better gear.
How to reach Heaven’s Hell:
- Finish Shinewood preparation.
- Return to the portal area.
- Open world/zone portal.
- Select Heaven’s Hell.
- Start with Flames of Hell.
- Move to Bloodline of Life at 106+.
- Move to Blade Storm Mountain at 113+.
HH path:
| Level | HH zone | What to do |
|---|---|
| 100 to 106 | Flames of Hell | Start HH leveling and quest progression |
| 106 to 113 | Bloodline of Life | Continue HH leveling, join Monster Hunt when active |
| 113 to 120 | Blade Storm Mountain | Final leveling path to 120 |
Why Elementalist goes to HH:
- Main level 100+ leveling path
- Leads toward HH armor
- HH armor prepares Elementalist for Nightfall Armor
- HH quests give important rewards
- Monster Hunt can speed up leveling
- Endgame starts here
Before HH, prepare:
- Full Damage gear
- Hybrid / Support gear
- Damage ↔ Hybrid / Support switch
- Buff ↔ Fight switch
- Strong weapon
- Good rings
- Good necklace
- Armor with useful Elementalist yellows
- Better stones
- Potions
- Correct Oread if available
Flames of Hell: Level 100 to 106
Start carefully.
What to do:
- Enter Flames of Hell.
- Start with small pulls.
- Test how much damage mobs deal.
- Use Full Damage if you survive.
- Use Hybrid if damage is too high.
- Complete HH quests when possible.
- Farm until Bloodline of Life.
Elementalist advice:
- Control mobs before close AoE.
- Do not stand inside mobs.
- Heal if needed.
- Switch Hybrid gear when needed.
Bloodline of Life: Level 106 to 113
Bloodline of Life is harder.
This is also a key Monster Hunt area.
When Monster Hunt is active, additional mobs spawn and give boosted EXP. This is a strong leveling window, but more mobs also means more danger.
What to do:
- Enter Bloodline of Life at 106+.
- Start with smaller pulls.
- Use damage setup if safe.
- Use Hybrid if mobs hit too hard.
- Use Support / Healing setup if PvP starts or party needs support.
- Join Monster Hunt only if you can survive the extra mobs.
- Farm toward 113.
Monster Hunt method:
- Pull from the edge.
- Control first.
- AoE second.
- Heal if needed.
- Move constantly.
- Do not stand inside the full spawn with weak gear.
- Switch Hybrid / Support if focused.
Blade Storm Mountain: Level 113 to 120
Blade Storm Mountain is the final main leveling zone before 120.
Before farming here, prepare:
- Strong weapon
- Good rings
- Good necklace
- Useful armor yellows
- Better stones
- Damage ↔ Hybrid / Support switch
- Buff ↔ Fight switch
- Correct Oread if available
- Potions
- Free inventory space
What to do:
- Enter Blade Storm Mountain at 113+.
- Test a small pull first.
- Use Full Damage if you survive.
- Use Hybrid if full damage dies too fast.
- Keep Support / Healing set ready.
- Complete HH quests.
- Farm to level 120.

- Intelligent rings for damage and elemental/dimensional pressure
- Excellent rings for +skill rank and support value
- Defensive rings for Hybrid / Support setup
Do not build Elementalist around Glorious crit rings.

Use Intelligent necklaces during progression for damage.
Use Excellent Faren as the safer final all-around choice.

| Attendance Ring | Elementalist use |
|---|---|
| Ring of Magical Power | Temporary damage option |
| Ring of Transcendence | Hybrid option |

Survival problem = Stamina.

- Learned skill ranks
- Max HP / MP
- Defense
- Skill Block
- Block
- Dodge
- Resistances
- Cast time / cooldown values if present
- Better survival in HH and Firmament
Elementalist needs HH armor because full damage gear becomes risky in hard zones and PvP.
Do not build HH armor with bad yellows if you plan to upgrade later.
Nightfall Armor for Elementalist
Nightfall Armor is an endgame upgrade from HH armor.
Required materials:
| Material | Amount |
|---|---|
| Black Star Shard | 150 |
| NightFall Core | 20 |
| Heaven’s Hell Armor | 1 |
| Gold | 200,000,000 |
Nightfall keeps:
- Existing stones
- Existing yellows
- Reinforcement level
- Slot count
- Base stats
Then it adds 2 random bonus stats.
Do not upgrade a bad HH piece unless you are ready to keep its yellows and slots.

Common Elementalist Mistakes
Mistake 1: Playing Elementalist like only a damage farmer
Elementalist farms fast, but her support, healing, and Mutation value matter a lot later.
Fix:
Build Support / Hybrid gear and learn when to heal, support, and use Mutation.
Mistake 2: Ignoring Mutation
Mutation is one of the key Elementalist tools.
Fix:
Build around it for PvP/support and do not waste it randomly.
Mistake 3: Ignoring healing value
Elementalist has healing and recovery tools.
Fix:
Use Elemental Heal and support setup when farming hard maps or helping party.
Mistake 4: Standing in front
Elementalist is not a frontline tank.
Fix:
Stay behind frontline and switch Hybrid gear when focused.
Mistake 5: Building only full damage
Full damage is good until mobs or players start killing you.
Fix:
Build Damage ↔ Hybrid and Support ↔ Damage switches.
Mistake 6: Using Glorious crit uniques
Elementalist is not a crit class.
Fix:
Use Intelligent uniques for damage progression and Excellent uniques for skill rank / survival.
Mistake 7: Using wrong stones
Elementalist damage is magic, dimensional, elemental, and cast-based.
Fix:
Use Fragment of Ashtal for damage. Use Stamina if dying.
Mistake 8: Pulling too many event mobs
Monster Hunt mobs are good XP, but they can kill weak Elementalists fast.
Fix:
Pull from edge, control first, AoE second, heal or switch Hybrid if needed.
Mistake 9: Forcing Chakram without testing
Chakram is possible, but not the default safe route.
Fix:
Use Staff as the main caster route unless you know your Chakram setup works.
Mistake 10: Upgrading bad HH yellows
Nightfall keeps your old yellows.
Fix:
Only upgrade HH pieces with yellows you are willing to keep.
Final Elementalist Advice
Use Full Damage Elementalist to level and farm fast.
Use Support / Healing Elementalist for PvP, siege, bosses, and party fights.
Use Hybrid Elementalist when full damage dies too much.
Use Staff as the safest main caster route. Chakram is possible, but should be tested before building around it.
Elementalist is strong because of dimensional damage, AoE farming, Mutation, healing, support value, and good party impact.
Elementalist is weak when caught in full damage gear with no switch.
A good Elementalist knows:
- where to farm,
- when to switch maps,
- when to control before AoE,
- when to heal,
- when to use Mutation,
- when to support party,
- when to switch Hybrid gear,
- when to stop chasing,
- when to replace bad gear before moving forward.
If you are lost after level 70, return to Deribelle and use the portal route:
Ice Realm → Lightning Realm → Poison Realm → Shinewood → Heaven’s Hell.
